Eligibility Requirements
EO Membership Criteria:
- Be the Founder, co-Founder, Owner or Controlling Shareholder of a business with a minimum of US$1 million in annual gross sales and join before your 50th birthday.

Venture-Backed Companies (for-profit)--For start-up companies, the following quantitative requirements apply:
- privately raised funds of at least US $2 million or publicly raised funds of at least US $5 million and;
- a minimum of 10 full-time employees
- reach US$1 million within three (3) years of joining
